Mexico Retail Division Johnson is active in several professional organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers, CARNM, and was State Director for ICSC from 1999-2004. In addition, Johnson is active in numerous community and charitable organizations. Johnson received his undergraduate degree at Colorado College.
Richard began his real estate career in South Florida after college and serving in the US Army Medical Support Corps. He entered commercial real estate just as the condominium conversion wave was sweeping over Florida, and spent his early career in multi-family acquisitions,and condominium marketing. He later affiliated with EWM Christies ,Grubb & Ellis, Horn Blower Trust Co., NV ,and Marcus & Millichap. He also owned his own brokerage,specializing in waterfront land assemblages in downtown Miami and on South Beach.
Upon relocating to New Mexico in the late 1990's he affiliated with NAI Commercial for a decade, and then moved on to Pegasus Group LLC as the Qualifying Broker.
Richard is a licensed real estate qualifying broker in New Mexico and Florida, and is affiliated with NAR, RANM, the Commercial Association of Realtors New Mexico, and ICSC.
Richard is a "car guy" and a theatre buff, and participates in various medical and political charities.

With over 20 years success in commercial real estate sales and leasing, Steve began his real estate career in Dallas, Texas with Henry S. Miller CRE and continued with an award-winning run at MCI in Sales and Management out of Phoenix, Arizona. Previously with Coldwell Banker Commercial, Steve Joined Pegasus in the spring of 2013.
Since Steve relocated to New Mexico 10 years ago, he has completed over 350 transactions. A partial list of relationships he has formed includes: Jason's Deli, Parts Plus, Edward Jones, Ashley Furniture Home Store, Baillio's Appliance & Electronics, Weight Watchers, Aspen Leaf Yogurt, Carl's Jr. and more.
Steve is a licensed NM and TX real estate broker, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), past President of the Leasing Information Network (LIN), leader of the Boy Scouts of America (Great Southwest Council) and industry top performer.
With more than 15 years in the industry, Kira brings extensive Tenant and Landlord representation capabilities to Pegasus Retail. She began her commercial real estate career at CB Richard Ellis, where she joined the Retail Leasing Team with Anthony Johnson. She and Anthony then spent 10 years at Sedberry & Associates, CRES establishing themselves year after year as leaders in the retail leasing community.
Currently, Kira represents some of the leading national and local retailer’s in the marketplace and exclusively represents over 3.5 million square feet of power center and neighborhood center projects throughout New Mexico.
In addition to being involved with several professional organizations (including the International Council of Shopping Centers, NAIOP and CARNM), Kira is active in numerous community and charitable organizations such as the American Cancer Society, National MS Society, and New Mexico AIDS Services.
Donnie’s real estate career began in 1997 at Maestas & Ward CRE. He went on to form Alameda Property Group where he focused on large master planned, mixed-use developments. Donnie has designed, coordinated financing, developed and brokered commercial subdivisions, residential subdivisions, multifamily subdivisions and business parks.
A Partial list of tenants that Donnie has placed include: Walmart Stores Inc., MountainView Regional Medical Center, Walgreens, Rehabilitation Hospital of SNM, Acute Care Hospital of SNM, Murphy Oil, Tuesday Morning, Rio Grande Medical Group and US Oncology.
The appraised value of land and improvements for Donnie’s projects exceeds $673,123,584.00. His total sales/leasing volume from 1997 to 2015 exceeds $89,030,837.00.
Previous to his entrance into real estate, Donnie worked in the Television industry. During his tenure, he created the five-time Emmy winning show “Win Ben Stein’s Money”.
Donnie proudly served in the United States Navy onboard the aircraft carrier USS Ranger CV-61. He was deployed numerous times throughout the Western Pacific.
Donnie is a 5 th generation New Mexican whose family roots date back to the1800’s. He is a father of 4 who enjoys travel, hiking, fishing, snowboarding, and music. Donnie is active in both the Cerebral Palsy and Autism communities.
George Chronis has recently joined Pegasus Retail. He began his career in commercial real estate at NAI Maestas and Ward as a multifamily specialist focusing on investment property. George has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from the Anderson School of Management at the University Of New Mexico. George worked in several industries, both in the public and private sectors, providing him the opportunity to polish his rare skill set, giving him the unique perspective to create unparalleled solutions to real world situations.
George has been highly successful in starting and owning several Internet based businesses, where his abilities of marketing, sales and pricing skills translated into high customer retention. George s successful experience as a residential realtor, background as a business owner and his accounting and financial education, provides his clients guidance and the knowledge to make sound decisions regarding their commercial real estate needs.
Chris was born in Clovis, New Mexico and moved to Albuquerque in 1980 to attend the University of New Mexico. In 1985 he earned his bachelor’s degree from the Anderson School of Management. He received his real estate license and began his career that same year.
Immediately after graduation he began conducting predevelopment land research for the area that would eventually become Albuquerque’s booming Cottonwood Mall retail area. With over 20 years of experience he has been involved in many aspects of residential and commercial the real estate including research, brokerage, construction and investment. In 1995 he earned both his MBA and real estate appraiser’s license and worked for 9 years as a real estate appraiser giving him a deep understanding of New Mexico’s commercial real estate market and the trends affecting it. He taught Professionalism in Real Estate and Anatomy of a Purchase Contract and is cited in the book Real Estate Investing for Dummies. In 2005 he became licensed as a qualifying broker and currently holds licenses as a real estate appraiser and qualifying broker.
Personally, Chris has one daughter, Cassandra. He chooses to live in New Mexico because of The State’s remarkable weather and outdoor opportunities. When not serving his clients or with his daughter he is snow skiing in winter and is often found on one of the city’s spectacular golf courses in the summer.
